The TBF Staff
Our staff consists of six full-time and one part-time and seven field based organisers.
Our Director is Chris Godbold who has been with TBF since 1993 and has worked in the industry for over 40 years. He has also been a union activist for the whole of this time and was a personnel manager for a major company.
John Sheehy is our Services Officer. He has been with the fund for ten years and worked in the industry for 19 years. John is full-time.
Kitty Lyons is our Benefits Advisor and has been a member of our team for nine years now. She is full-time and helps members with advice on State benefits and financial control.
We have three full-time and one part-time Administrators; Linda Hearn is part-time but has worked for the fund for 28 years. Darryn Lapham, Claire Bridgeford and Sandy MacDonald joined us within the last year to help us meet the challenges of the fund's grwth.
We have seven Organisers now, who work directly for TBF. John Clay (Greater London, north of the Thames and East Anglia), Phil Talbot (South-East England), Carole Titherington (North-West England), Michael Gibson (South-West England and South Wales), Karen Needham (North-East England), Mike Roche (Midlands and North Wales) and Max White (London Buses).
